Planning Your Website Project

Here is a checklist to help you create a plan to achieve the goals of your website and send us all the information and images you want to have in the website.

• Your URL (www.yourcompany.com): Prepare a list of names for your website in case your company name is unavailable. Most of common names are often taken.

• Do you have existing marketing materials and copy that you could use for your Web site?
• Do you have a site structure developed?
  • The easiest way to achieve this is to create an outline of the structure and some planning for your site.
• Please write all information about your company (About Us, Contact Info, Team, Products, etc...)
• Do you want photographic elements on your Web site?
• Who is your target audience?
• What countries would you be selling products and services in?
• When do you want to launch the Web site?
• What is your budget for the Web site launch?
• How often do you anticipate making updates to your Web site?
